About Jessica Hobbs

Jessica’s love of Baltimore County and all things horse related has kept her where she was born and raised. Having managed steeplechase, foxhunting, and polo horse farms for more than 6 years, Jessica has developed a career where she can use her knowledge of the countryside to successfully market a wide variety of properties.

Her goal as a REALTOR^® is to not only build a business relationship with her clients but to build a friendship as well. She wants every client to feel comfortable working with her and is always available to help when needed. When working with buyers, she will meet with you to get an idea of what you're needs and wants are in your next home. After looking at a few properties to establish a precise understanding of the home that will best fit you, she will set-up an auto-email so you will be notified when a home that fits your criteria comes on the market. Monitoring the active inventory, she will follow-up to make sure that no ideal homes were missed. Once you found the perfect fit, she'll be there to get you settled and moved in.

When working with sellers, Jessica will come out, assess your property, and gather any crucial information. From there, she'll put together a thorough market analysis and provide you with a competitive price range. Once you decide that Jessica is the best fit for your REALTOR^®, she'll have you sign the listing agreement, schedule a photographer, and begin marketing your home so she can get it sold.
